This strategically located parking garage with 448 parking spaces is an essential part of Amersfoort's urban infrastructure. Amersfoort is a strong city that is growing. The garage benefits from increasing urbanization and limited parking space in inner cities.
Our parking fund combines stability with growth potential through a long-term lease with revenue sharing to Q-Park Operations Netherlands B.V.. Q-Park is one of Europe's largest parking service providers. The lease runs until 2042 and offers security of rental income through the fixed rent and rental guarantee and at the same time the opportunity to benefit from the growth potential through a revenue share. Due to its central location and good accessibility, this location plays an important role in the mobility and accessibility of the city. Recently, the municipality adopted its mobility policy until 2035, which is favorable for the parking garage.
