  • It is a mutual fund under Dutch law. The Fund is not a legal entity (and thus not a bearer of rights and obligations), nor a partnership, general partnership or limited partnership. It is a contractual arrangement of its own nature between the Manager, the Legal Owner and each of the Unitholders individually in respect of the assets and liabilities acquired or entered into by the Manager or the Legal Owner for the account and risk of the Unitholders.

  • The Parking Fund aims to offer Unitholders an accessible investment opportunity in Parking Garage Sint Jorisplein in Amersfoort. 

    The purpose of the parking fund is to achieve returns through the purchase, operation and sale of the parking garage, which is leased to Q-Park. 

    The purchase, operation and sale of the property is done in proportion to each person's capital participation and is for the account and risk of the Unitholders. 

    The Parking Fund is structured in a fiscally transparent manner and has quarterly distributions to Unitholders so that they realize a stable and attractive return on their investment in the Fund.

  • The expected total return of our parking fund is 9.78% over the life of the fund.

    This is composed of: 6.75% (average) annual distributable return and 3.03% indirect return per year on sale (so about 30.3% over 10 years).

    The Manager aims to distribute at least 6% per year (1.5% per quarter) from the first year.

  • There are risks associated with investing in Orange IM Parking Fund I. These are described in the Information Memorandum.

  • The Parking Fund is structured as fiscally transparent for Dutch income and corporate tax purposes, meaning that the Participant is considered to be directly investing in the property. Dutch individuals are in principle taxed in Box 3 in proportion to their participation, while Dutch companies are subject to corporate income tax, with net income taxed and any negative results deductible.

  • Yes, although not required, the Manager has chosen to appoint IQ/EQ as the custodian (depository). The role of the depositary is described in the Information Memorandum.
