Orange Investment Managers Celebrates 10th Anniversary: A Decade of Growth, Impact, and Commitment

Amsterdam, 1 May 2025 – Today marks a significant milestone for Orange Investment Managers: our 10th anniversary. We proudly reflect on a decade in which we have grown into a leading boutique investment manager, specialising in operational real estate across Europe.

Since our founding in 2015, we have experienced impressive growth. With investments in hospitality and parking real estate exceeding €600 million across seven European countries, we have built and managed an unique and diversified portfolio. Our focus on niche markets, such as mobility and hospitality, has enabled us to deliver sustainable and stable returns for our investors.

Our approach has always been centred on creating (shared) value. We strive to balance operational efficiency with the interests of our investors, while remaining mindful of social impact, operators, and the communities in which we are active. This philosophy has helped us build long-term relationships and contribute positively to urban development.

The real estate sector currently faces significant challenges, including evolving mobility needs and the demand for sustainability. At Orange Investment Managers, we see these challenges as opportunities to apply our expertise and innovative approach to future-proof solutions. We remain committed to investments that generate not only financial returns but also seek to contribute to a sustainable and liveable urban environment.

After ten successful years of working with institutional investors, we believe it is time to make our knowledge and approach accessible to a broader audience. That is why we will soon launch our first investment fund for Dutch private investors, offering the opportunity to participate in operational real estate in the same transparent, professional, and future-oriented way we have worked for years. With this, we aim to bridge the strength of institutional structures and the needs of private investors for stable, real value growth.
