Sustainability statement
Orange Investment Managers (“ Orange IM is a boutique investment manager with a focus on operational real estate. We are in it for the long term and strive to do so in ways that have a positive impact: improving the communities in which we operate and protecting the environment in which we live.
This sustainability statement describes how Orange IM handles sustainability within its investment and management activities and is prepared in line with the European Regulation on Sustainability Information in the Financial Services Sector (SFDR – (EU) 2019/2088).
Orange IM can manage funds that qualify as “financial products” under the SFDR. For each fund, the fund documentation explains how sustainability aspects are addressed.
Main adverse impacts on sustainability factors (SFDR Article 4)
Orange IM currently does not take into account the major adverse effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors as referred to in Article 4 of the SFDR, except for indirect effects, as adverse effects may have a negative effect on the return of the investments. Orange IM will periodically reconsider this choice, based inter alia on proportionality, availability and quality of data and the characteristics of the funds managed by it.
Remuneration policy (SFDR Article 5)
The remuneration policy of Orange IM contains no specific incentives or variable reward components that are directly linked to sustainability indicators.
Updating and transparency
Orange IM This sustainability statement is reviewed periodically and the text is updated when developments in legislation and regulations or changes in policy and working methods warrant it. For fund-specific information, we refer to the relevant fund documentation.
