Sustainability Statement Orange Managers

Orange Managers (Orange ) is a boutique investment manager focused on operational real estate. We are in it for the long term and strive to do so in ways that have a positive impact: improving the communities in which we operate and protecting the environment in which we live.

This sustainability statement describes how Orange approaches sustainability within its investment and management activities and has been drawn up in line with the European Regulation on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (SFDR – (EU) 2019/2088).

Orange can manage funds that qualify as "financial products" under SFDR. The fund documentation explains how sustainability aspects are addressed for each fund.

Main adverse impacts on sustainability factors (SFDR Article 4)

Orange does not currently take into account the main adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors as referred to in SFDR Article 4, except for indirect impacts, as adverse impacts may have a negative effect on the return on investments. Orange will periodically review this choice, based on factors such as proportionality, availability and quality of data, and the characteristics of the funds it manages.

Remuneration policy (SFDR Article 5)

Orange 's remuneration policy does not include any specific incentives or variable remuneration components that are directly linked to sustainability indicators.

Updating and transparency

Orange periodically reviews this sustainability statement and updates the text when developments in legislation and regulations or changes in policy and working methods give cause to do so. For fund-specific information, please refer to the relevant fund documentation.
