This strategically located parking garage with 448 parking spaces represents essential urban infrastructure in a growing city.
Our parking fund combines stability with growth potential through a long-term lease with revenue sharing to Q-Park Operations Netherlands B.V.. Q-Park is one of Europe's largest parking service providers. The lease runs until 2042 and offers certainty of rental income through fixed rent as well as the opportunity to benefit from growth potential through revenue sharing. The parking fund has an expected direct return of 6.75% per year on average, which is paid quarterly.
