Orange Investment Managers marks progress in acquisition of central Amersfoort parking asset

At the annual real estate exhibition Provada in Amsterdam, Orange Investment Managers marked a key moment in its ongoing investment programme with the formal signing for the parking garage Sint Joris, located in the heart of Amersfoort. While the transaction and deal were already arranged earlier this year, delivery is scheduled at the end of June.

The garage, leased long-term to Q-Park, is a strong addition to Orange IM’s portfolio of high-quality operational real estate in central urban locations. After a period of preparation and careful planning, this signing represents a concrete step forward in the expansion of our strategy.
