This is the first time in the Netherlands that private individuals can participate in newly developed vacation resorts through an experienced institutional investment manager. Become a co-owner of two professionally managed eco-resorts: Goldberg Gardens eco-resort Vorden in Gelderland and Goldberg Gardens eco-resort Bleijenbeek in Limburg. These new eco-resorts combine reliable returns with social value, sustainability, and regional distribution.
With traditional investments in vacation homes, you own one (or more) cottage(s). This participation works differently. You become a co-owner of both complete parks, including all accommodations and central facilities. The fund also has a social mission. For example, during periods of low tourism, the fund makes the accommodations available to charities at cost price.
Landal, European market leader in holiday parks, takes care of rentals and management. As an experienced investment manager, we are responsible for fund and asset management and are involved in the day-to-day running of the parks to ensure optimal returns.

Interest is fixed at 4.55% per annum for the entire term of the fund by means of a swap.

Periodic benefits
The fund pays out quarterly in arrears from launch. During construction, this is already 6%.
Duration

Each year, you will receive credit for personal use at one of the two eco-resorts equal to 1% of your investment contribution.
No separate cottages or partial ownership. The Fund owns the entire parks. An agreement has been entered into with Landal, the market leader in recreational real estate in the Netherlands, for the rental and management.
Don't wait until completion, but get a return as soon as the Fund starts. The developer pays 6% construction interest during the construction period.

With Orange Goldberg Gardens I, you become a co-owner of two complete vacation parks with a total of 115 accommodations: 80 in Vorden and 35 in Bleijenbeek, including the land and all facilities. You benefit from diversification across two locations and exclusive rental rights through Landal, without the complexity of individual ownership. description

This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the park yourself. Every year, you can enjoy all the facilities and amenities of both parks for 1% of your investment through the Goldberg Credits system. We are also looking into offering the accommodations at cost to charities during these periods.

Yes, each year you can enjoy all the facilities and amenities of the park for 1% of your investment. With an investment of €100,000, you will have €1,000 per year available for your own use or to donate to charity.

Both parks comply with the BENG standards for nearly energy-neutral buildings. Certified sustainable wood (FSC/PEFC), ventilation air heat pumps, and no fossil fuels are used. Parking spaces are equipped with PV panels and charging points. In Vorden, a food forest covering more than two hectares is being planted. The fund qualifies as light green according to Article 8 of the SFDR. Read more in the information memorandum.

At the end of the term (at least 10 years) and limited interim redemptions if demand can be matched with the participations offered. The fund charges a 0.5% redemption fee for this. For the exact terms and conditions, please refer to the information memorandum.

The NAV (Net Asset Value) is determined annually by the fund administrator, partly based on the valuation of the eco-resorts by an independent appraiser affiliated with the NRVT. The real estate is fully appraised once every three years and valued in the intervening years via an update appraisal. The exact valuation method is described in the information memorandum.
