Orange Investment Managers verwerft openbare parkeergarage in Dordrecht

At the end of December, Orange Investment Managers, based in Amsterdam, purchased an asset in Dordrecht for one of its managed funds. The asset consists of a standalone public MSCP with approximately 400 parking spaces which has been leased to Q-Park. The investment volume is approximately € 13 mln.
